All rentals from A to Z Rentals Full Service Equipment Rental Yard Center are FOB yard.
No insurance, license, sales tax, or damage waiver costs are included in the rental rates - these are at the expense of the customer.
All transportation charges are the responsibility of the customer.
All rental rates are based on single-shift operation (8) eight-hour day, (40) 40-hour week, and (160) one hundred sixty hour month.
A deposit will be charged on all rentals.
We sell time, we charge for all time out including Saturday, Sundays, and holidays.
Rental rates shall not be subject to any deduction for any non-working time during the rental period.
Customer agrees to return machine in same condition as received, less normal wear. Customer will be charged for repairs due to abuse, misuse, or neglect.
Customers are responsible for any damages to tires. Customer is responsible for any flat tires on the equipment while in his possession, and should make his own arrangements to have them repaired.

Our Rental Policies - Party and Event Rentals
These policies are necessary so that we may continue to provide you the type of service you expect and deserve. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
All charges are for the time out, whether used or not, so we urge you to make your selection carefully.
Please call for prices. We also are adding to our inventory daily so call if there is an item that is not on the list.
Cancellation
You must call at least 7 days prior to scheduled rental date to cancel items on reserve otherwise your deposit will not be refunded.
Delivery
Delivery is available for a nominal fee in our regular delivery area. For delivery charges to other areas, please call our office. Delivery should be scheduled in advance and is to first floor entry level or dock. All equipment is left stacked in one central location and we ask it be in the same location for scheduled pickup.
Pick Up
Linens should be refuse-free and dried to prevent staining and mildew. Tables and chairs should be knocked down and stacked ready for pick up. All items should be assembled in a single location as specified above, ready for pick up. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees.
Correct Counts/Loss/Damage
We are very thorough in our counts. We double check each order to avoid mistakes. We ask that you count your order upon taking possession, since you are accepting the count on the contract, and will be charged for any missing items upon return. Responsibility for the equipment remains with the renter from the time out until the time returned. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use, and protected from the weather.
Pricing
Most prices quoted are for 1 day, 1 event charge. Based on 24 hours. We offer weekly and monthly rates upon request. All prices are subject to change without notice.
